QTL Study
For all fruit analysis studies, the number associated with each fruit image is the pedigree number for the plant from which the fruit was harvested. The 'a', 'b', 'c', etc. designation represents images of different fruit from the same plant. The pedigree number corresponds to the plant number in the molecular marker data sheet.
